SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, and delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company/post office norms. Snap A Deal is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1–3 business days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. Delivery of our services will be confirmed to your email ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk at snapadealcompany@gmail.com.

Orders in metro cities are generally delivered within 3–5 business days, and in non-metro cities within 5–7 business days. We use the best available shipping partners based on the delivery location to fulfill orders. However, deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities, regional restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

We currently do not offer exchange services. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

For international buyers, please note that we do not offer international shipping. However, you may place an order with an Indian delivery address belonging to your family or friends. In such cases, the same shipping and delivery policy as domestic orders will apply.

Refund Policy 

We do not offer refunds or replacements unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
