Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for shipment, whichever is earlier.

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at snapadealcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns that meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or there was an error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at snapadealcompany@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
